Who Do You Work With?
Individuals and families seeking to improve their wellbeing through changing their approach to eating. Whether you are completely overwhelmed by the idea of putting together a meal or a gourmet chef, responsible for a ton of people or very single, relatively healthy or have a list of health issues I will meet you where you are and help you work towards the good you are seeking. Due to licensure laws, at this time I can only work with people residing in Minnesota, Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan and Virginia.
Where Are You Located?
My family and I currently reside in Staples, Minnesota.
What Are Your Specialties?
I am a certified diabetes care and education specialist, I also have additional training in pediatric nutrition. I work with everything from picky eaters to those with a variety of diagnosed issues. I do not at this time work with those who have diagnosed eating disorders or kidney disease.
What kind of speaking have you done?
I've spoken at groups for parents of young children, elementary and high school classrooms and at community events. I've also created a nutrition-focused wellness video series for a local high school and been a guest on a podcast.
